Shane Bellanger serves as Chief Financial Officer of »¨¼¾´«Ã½ & Root and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Welding and Turnarounds (SWAT), where he provides strategic leadership focused on financial performance, operational excellence and long-term growth.
With nearly 30 years of experience across industrial services, infrastructure, energy and construction-related industries, Shane has built a career leading organizations through growth, transformation and complex business challenges. Prior to serving as CEO of SWAT, he served as the company’s CFO, where he helped strengthen its financial foundation through enhanced reporting systems, key performance metrics, risk management initiatives and strategic banking and surety relationships. His leadership played a significant role in supporting SWAT’s continued growth and position as an industry leader.
Shane previously held executive finance leadership positions with several leading industrial and infrastructure organizations, including CFO at Allied Power and VP of Finance at »¨¼¾´«Ã½ & Root. He also spent more than a decade with CB&I (formerly The Shaw Group), serving in CFO roles across its Capital Services, Environmental and Infrastructure divisions. Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership positions with Entergy, Coca-Cola Enterprises and the Sun Belt Conference.
Shane earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
